Office based Estimator (South)
Estimator required for role at our Head Office in Kent, reporting to Pre-Construction Director. Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Competitive salary, car allowance and benefits.
Office based Estimator (Midlands)
Estimator required for role at our Midlands office in Coventry, reporting to Pre-Construction Director. Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Competitive salary, car allowance and benefits.
Assistant Estimator (Midlands)
Assistant Estimator required for role at our Midlands office in Coventry, reporting to Pre-Construction Director. Competitive salary, car allowance and benefits.
Business Development (Midlands)
Responsible for focusing on growing the business and extending the reach of our products or services to increase revenue through all external communications with clients/potential clients.
Senior Project Manager
To manage a project and team in its entirety, reporting to the Construction Director. Must have a minimum of 10 years' experience. Competitive salary, car allowance and benefits.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
To work at various sites reporting to the Commercial Manager. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Competitive salary, car allowance and benefits.
Senior Site Manager
The Senior Site Manager is responsible of managing projects on site, liaising with the Project Manager / Construction Director, client, design team, subcontractors and other trades co-ordinating all aspects of the works so that the project is completed in line with the requirements, within budget and on time.
Senior Engineer
To manage all engineering aspects of a project, working with the Project Manager on site. Must have a minimum of 8 years' experience.
