Magrock is delighted to announce its appointment by Railpen to deliver a major new industrial and logistics facility at South Mimms Services, one of London's most strategically located distribution hubs, developed in partnership with Wrenbridge.
The appointment builds on Magrock’s relationship with Wrenbridge, which first began in 2019 and has since seen the successful delivery of fourteen projects, spanning more than one million sq ft, with a combined value of over £96 million.
Located adjacent to the M25 and one of the capital's most important transport corridors, the new development will bring much-needed industrial and logistics space to a prime Outer London location, supporting supply chain operations, creating employment opportunities, and strengthening the regional economy.
The scheme will involve the demolition of existing small buildings on the site, followed by the design and construction of a 120,000 sq ft Grade A warehouse facility incorporating first-floor open-plan office space, an extensive service yard, car parking areas and two new access points to enhance connectivity and operational efficiency.
The appointment reinforces Magrock's growing reputation for delivering high-quality industrial and logistics assets and further strengthens its relationships with leading investors and developers in the sector.
Construction is scheduled to commence following completion of the preparatory works, with the finished facility set to provide occupiers with a modern, efficient and sustainable logistics solution in one of the UK’s most strategically important locations.
