Magrock Appointed to Deliver Reading International Logistics Park for Graftongate
Magrock is proud to annouce its apppointment as the principal contractor for the construction of Reading International Logistics Park, a landmark urban logistics development acquired by leading commercial property developer Graftongate.
Project Overview: The 8.5 acre site is adjacent to junction 11 of the M4 motorway. The site benefits from detailed planning consent for a circa 160,000 sq ft last mile logistics scheme, comprising of four state of the art warehouse units ranging from 24,000 to 65,000 sq ft.
Magrock will lead the delivery of this strategically located development, which is set to serve the growing demand for high quality logistics space in the Thames Valley. The scheme is designed to meet the needs of modern occupiers, with a focus on sustainability.

The scope of work comprises of:
The scheme comprises the design and construction of 4nr new industrial units totalling 155,289ft (GIFA) with attached office accomodation, including external works, drainage, incoming services and landscaping. Unit 1- 35,000ft, unit 2 - 65,000ft, unit 3 - 24,000ft, unit 4 - 30,000ft
Project Timeline:
Site Possession: Autumn 2025
Practical Completion: Summer 2026
