We’ve worked on a number of schemes with Magrock and found the whole team approachable and practical – this goes all the way from pre-contract through delivery. The team at Goodrich are delighted with the schemes they’ve delivered and hopefully will continue to deliver in the future!

Tungsten Properties began working with Magrock Construction in 2018, with the construction of their Link 23 Scheme, at Handcross, Mid-Sussex. Since then, Magrock has successfully delivered schemes for the company at Leighton Buzzard, Southwater, and Southampton. These schemes total 390,000 sq. ft of grade A mid-box industrial warehouse development, and all have been delivered on time and to a very high-quality standard.

The works that Magrock has carried out for us have been excellent quality, on time and within budget. The team is professional and is always pleased to help to ensure the project is delivered to everyone’s satisfaction.
