This £2.1m project was carried out in two phases with all works carried out in a live environment which operated 24 hours a day. All works had to be methodically planned to ensure minimal disruption to the client’s business as well as allowing our works to be carried out.
The mezzanine works consisted of a 13,100m2 timber deck mezzanine including all associated services and two new staircases installed. The works included extensive M&E works consisting of a new lighting system, fire alarm and power points throughout as well as a new sprinkler system.
The amenity block works consisted of a new light weight mezzanine and timber deck to facilitate lockers, installation of new security caging, white wall panels, new kitchen areas, extension of toilet areas, new flooring and decoration.Next Project
